🅵🅸🅽🅰🅻 🆁🅴🆅🅴🅰🅻 Room Transformation • Fabric Walls • Cozy Relaxing Positive Meditation Room

I’ve been waiting for today like a little kid waiting for Disney. I have all the feels and I am super excited to show you all my room makeover. 

I took an unused office space and transformed it into a meditation room 🙌🙏 

In this video I will show you the final touches and the steps we took to put together this room, well part of a room... it’s a small space and a shared space with my husband.  We hung fabric from the walls, strung up remote controlled lights and created a cozy, relaxing, and positive vibed room!   

This has been a dream of mine for years. I am done dreaming of things I want! I am the creator of my life and I want a “dream” room. 

Meditation is a big part of my mental and 𝘱𝘩𝘺𝘴𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭 well being. Long story short, I was days from death after a lengthy medical battle, conventional medicinal intervention only went so far- my life has been transformed because of mindfulness and my holistic lifestyle- so it’s time to have a dedicated space for that!
