Good Monday! I love Monday's, you all know this already, right?

The weather is beautiful, the waves in the ocean are crashing, the birds are singing~ what else do you need?

Well, I’ll tell you what I need... 15 minutes to breathe and connect to spirit.

Our days can get hectic, our minds in other places other than the task on hand, multitasking like a boss and just living life can get overwhelming- Sᴛᴏᴘ. Breathe. Center yourself.

Give yourself 5 minutes or more in the morning before starting your day or maybe throughout the day or before bed... or all of the above.

Taking that 15 minutes this morning really helped me start my day... so now... it’s time to do all the stuff!

Take some time for yourself today!
