When I first started making smoothies, I realized that bananas were literally in all of them. When you’re low carb or Keto... bananas are a no no❌ I’m sure a bite won’t take you out of ketosis, but I’m not taking any chances


🍓1 lb Frozen strawberries

🥛1 1/2 cup Unsweetened almond milk (regular or vanilla) 

🥑1 large Avocado

Without banana it lacks some sweetness, there are all kinds of other fruits to mix in to get your desired sweet taste or you could add 1/4 cup Erythritol  

This should give you enough for extras for the next morning or later on today🤷🏼‍♀️
