- 1 Cup coconut milk
- 1 Cup pineapple chopped
- 1 Tsp fresh ginger minced or chopped
- 1 Tsp turmeric powder
- 1 Handful chia seeds
- 1/2 Cup coconut unsweetened shredded
- Peel and chop one cup of pineapple.
- Combine coconut milk, pineapple chunks, shredded coconut, ginger, turmeric and chia seeds into a blender.
- Blend all ingredients for 30 seconds or until it reaches your desired consistency.
- Pour into a glass, garnish with a pineapple wedge, and enjoy!
