Makes 10 servings
6 - Eggs, Separated
1 1/2 cups - Almond flour
3 tsp - Baking powder
1/4 tsp - Salt
1/4 tsp - Cream of tartar
1/4 cup - Butter, melted
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Generously grease an 8x4-inch loaf pan with cooking spray and line the bottom with parchment paper. Set aside.
Add egg whites to a medium bowl. Using a hand mixer, beat well the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
In another bowl, combine together almond flour, baking powder, salt, and cream of tartar. Mix well using a kitchen mixer and then add butter and egg yolks. Using a hand mixer fitted with dough hooks, beat the mixture on medium speed until fully incorporated.
Fold in egg whites in several batches and mix until you get a smooth batter. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 30 minutes.
When done, remove from the oven and cool to room temperature before removing the bread from the pan.
