I wasn’t feeling great this morning, I made a matcha smoothie, I tried another recipe I thought of without a banana. Even though I’m not exactly Keto, I am low carb, 27g  that’s a lot!  Anyway, the smoothie wasn’t too great, after bringing the kids to school,  I decided to try another one. I had to think quick because I had PT and then another appt before I brought my son back to the dentist for his expander. Thankfully, this smoothie came out great, this time I used a banana and Goji! I’m feeling a little better, maybe it’s all the pink!

1.5 tsp Goji Powder

1 cup Almond Milk

1 cup Strawberries

1 Banana

1 cup Ice

Add all ingredients an blend for 2-3 minutes
